I put a lot of care (and probably too much caffeine β˜•) into making every Trauma & Trinkets order, and I really hope you love your little dopamine delivery.

But if something isn’t quite right, here’s what happens πŸ–€

πŸ“¦ Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items need to come back:

✨ Unused
✨ In their original condition
✨ Safely packaged

Once your return arrives and everything looks good, I’ll arrange your refund.

Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or I’ve made a mistake.

Did the delivery gremlins get your parcel? πŸ˜­πŸ“¦

Please message me as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage
  • A photo of the packaging if possible

I’ll help get it sorted πŸ–€

❌ Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact me ASAP.

If I haven’t started making your order yet, I’ll happily cancel and refund.

If your item is already being created, I may not be able to cancel.

πŸ’Έ Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Please remember banks/payment providers can sometimes take a few days to process refunds (because apparently money likes a little holiday before coming home πŸ™ƒ).
