Please remember colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

As many items are handmade, tiny variations may happen — that’s what makes your item uniquely yours 🖤

Please check your details carefully before ordering, including:

• Delivery address

If you spot a mistake, contact me ASAP and I’ll do my best to help.

Payments are securely processed through approved payment providers.

I do not see or store your card details (no scary internet nonsense here 🖤).

Orders will begin processing once payment has been received.

I aim to create and send orders within the processing times shown on the website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to things outside my control (because apparently parcels occasionally like to go on side quests 🙃📦).

Please make sure your delivery information is correct.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, please contact me as soon as possible.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• Packaging photos if damaged during delivery
