Every order is packed with care, a sprinkle of chaos, and probably fuelled by a cup of tea ☕🖤
Here’s everything you need to know about getting your goodies.
📦 Processing Times
I aim to make, pack and dispatch orders within 3-4 working days.
Please remember Trauma & Trinkets is a small handmade business, so your order is created and packed by a real human (hello, it’s me....one woman show 👋😂).
During busy periods, new launches, Christmas, or if TikTok decides to throw me into the chaos vortex, this may take a little longer — but I promise I’m working through your orders as quickly as my little human hands allow and this page will be updated with current processing times.
🚚 Delivery
Delivery options and estimated times will be shown at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of the postal gremlins 📦✨
Unexpected delays can sometimes happen, especially during busy periods.
⚡ Next Day Delivery
Need your dopamine delivery extra quickly? 👀✨
Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 12pm Monday-Friday to be dispatched in time.
Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before ordering.
💔 Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please get in touch and I’ll help look into it.
Please allow reasonable time for postal delays before assuming your parcel has gone on an adventure without us 🙃📦
📍 Delivery Address
Orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
Please double check your details before ordering, as I cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order is being prepared.
